Printing on Campus
The Omnivox printing credits purchasing module is now available.
You can access the module either from within Omnivox or from one of the two new Omnivox Kiosks, located in the Library and in the entrance to the Record’s Office. The online Omnivox module will enable you to purchase printing credits using a credit card, while the kiosks will accept both credit card and debit/Interac transactions. There is also a station with a cash box outside the Library where you can add cash (coin or bill) to your Omnivox account.
All students are given $2.50 in printing/copying credits at the
beginning of their first term. Once that $2.50 has been used up, it will be necessary to purchase additional credit.
It is not necessary to preselect which type of campus printing/copying you wish to apply the credit against: page costs will automatically be deducted from your total balance, regardless of whether you are printing from a computer station or using a photocopier. Please note that although any remainder amounts existing in your printing balance will carry over from semester to semester, no refunds will be issued should a positive balance remain upon the completion of your studies at Marianopolis.
Printing Balances can be checked either from within Omnivox or from any student workstation in the college. On a student workstation, the balance checking utility runs in the bottom right hand corner of the system tray, and looks like this:

There are various printers placed throughout the campus.There are 2 B&W and 1 color printers in the I-Wing computer labs (I-412 & I-414). There is 1 B&W and 1 color printer both in TLT (A-358) and the Library. There are 2 quick print stations outside of TLT (A-358) and 2 outside the Library.
