Health Tip

Tired? Feeling down and lethargic? There's a way out that doesn't involve coffee or sugar. Simply get some physical exercise to take your mind off things. For example, stop by the gym for some sports, go to the fitness center for a good workout or drop in one of the evening events like karate, Pilates or tai chi available on campus. It's good for your health.
